Fairney and Sons came highly recommended. Unfortunately, it doesn't match my experience. Quotes were reasonable. Job site was left clean. Tasks seemed well-explained and he had a good first impression but issues following the job required a significant amount of chasing and was greeted with unpleasantness to the point where I gave up. It became very frustrating to call and express concerns. The garden at the front of my house was leveled using unclean fill from another job site rather the soil that came out. The eaves on my garage and one of the windows in the family room leak. So disappointed.

Daryl did an amazing and very meticulous job building a bathroom from scratch in my basement. He communicated extremely well - I always knew what was going on. Even before the job started, he made sure I knew what I needed to get and when I needed to have it. He was very tolerant with other little add-on jobs. The bathroom looks fantastic!
