Two years ago my wife and I hired Morton Carpentry to completely renovate our main floor. Morton Carpentry did such a great job that (as I mentioned we would in another review on HomeStars), we didn't hesitate to hire them again when it came time to update our master bathroom. We were looking to update our old, out-dated builder-style master bathroom/walk-in closet and replace the flooring, baseboards and door casings throughout the upstairs. Just like last time Ray was great to work with. He was always just a phone call or text away if we had any questions or concerns. He even interrupted his holidays and came right over to respond to a problem (not of his own doing) that had arose. Outstanding customer service! From design to finishing touches, the professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. We love the new space Morton Carpentry created for us and would once again recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home. Ray will definitely be our first call for our next project!

This past summer my wife and I hired Ray to complete a renovation of our main floor. We wanted to remove walls, install beams and create an open concept for our house. Right from the quote stage, Ray was great to work with. He was very accessible and answered any questions that we had right away. When work began, Ray and his crew worked efficiently and made sure to leave the house as clean as possible when they left for the day. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions that we had throughout the entire process. Ray coordinated well with sub trades and always gave us a timeline for when particular parts of the job would be completed. This was particularly important to us since we were without a kitchen during the entire process. If/when problems arose and modifications to the plans were needed/requested by my wife or I Ray was more than accommodating and would fully explain any extra costs that may apply. We greatly appreciated Ray's professionalism and insight throughout the entire process. In the future Ray will be our first call for any other renovations that we may take on. We highly recommend Ray and his crew for any renovation that someone may be considering.
