My bottom mount refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer because the defrost drain was clogged. As a result there was a sheet of ice at the bottom of the freezer, and some of the ice would melt and leak out. I called Gary over the phone and we agreed that the fix would be $100. He came over and spent 20 minutes to pull out the fridge and removed one part from the back. There was still ice in the freezer. He wanted me to let the fridge defrost for 24 hours rather than remove the ice himself. When asked multiple time, he said he would not remove the ice and became very hostile. I paid him and he left since he was becoming very angry and I have a small child at home. I had to clear out the ice myself afterwards. If I had defrosted the fridge like he suggested, the ice would have melted and leaked out the front of the freezer, damaging the cabinets surrounding the fridge. Gary didn't finish the job like a professional would have by removing the ice and unclogging the defrost drain as part of the fix. His attitude was terrible.
