I had a bamboo silk rug that was in desperate need of a clean. It had several localized stains and for some reason it had developed an orange tinge across the entire rug over the last few years. We had written it off. Somehow, Ben and his team were able to perform some sort of miracle. He delivered the rug this morning completely back to its original color and texture. It is beautiful. I had read online that bamboo silk cannot be cleaned because the texture changes when it gets wet, but this man was determined to find a way and he did.
