Cory came at the agreed time, very professional & knowlegable. He carefully checked all aspects of the furnance, verified everything was attached properly and explained everything to us. He provided certain recommendations on maximizing the efficiency of the heat and safety. We highly recommend Mersey and especially Cory.

We had an emergency furnace breakdown and have used Mersey before. They are totally knowledgable, professional and service oriented. Dave came to our rescue. He came quickly, respected our house by placing booties on his boots so not to dirty our floors and did an inspection of the furnace. He knew what he was doing and explained everything clearly to us. He fixed the problem and was frindly and professional throughout. We highly recommend Mersey and Dave !

Big black stain on a brand new sofa was completely removed. Sofa was also scotch guarded with fabric protection. Ideal interior sent Mohammed and he was 100% professional, totally knowledgable and experienced. He did a fantastic job and he really knows customer service. I was amazed at how the stain was 100% removed. He arrived on time and is very careful and meticulous. He also is a very clean worker. I could not be more pleased !

Greg arrived on time and was a first class professional from beginnning to end. He clearly explained the process, outlined our options and cost, and provided a reasonable quote and reasons. He takes pride in his work which was exceptional including cleanup, wearing booties over his boots and respecting our home. First time had a furnace emergency in middle of winter and now an air conditioning emergency in summer. In both cases Mersey responded quickly and professionally to help remedy the situation. They replaced the furnace and then air conditioning unit explaining everything clearly and accurately and with professional workmanship.
