Trevor and crew removed one tree and beautifully pruned another earlier this week. As always, the work was excellent quality and done without damage to my garden . Trevor knows how to prune so that the tree has a good shape and looks so natural you would never know it had been cut back. Highly recommended.

The neighbouring oak tree was trimmed back to give me some peace of mind that a huge branch would not be falling on my house this winter. It was a tricky job and the crew did a great job with no damage to my garden below. A Japanese maple was opened up to allow a lot more light into the back garden this coming spring and summer which the other plants will appreciate! I'm very happy with the work that was done.

I've bought plants and firewood from Bill's Garden Centre for several years. They are friendly and helpful and their delivery service is very reliable and reasonably priced. I don't have a driveway so they bring the firewood to the porch by hand and stack it there. So convenient and saves me a world of trouble and backache.

BB has designed and built plant supports, a railing and other garden-related pieces. They are very creative, coming up with innovative ways to use materials. BB is honest, trustworthy, neat and tidy, respectful and competitive. I have been very happy with all their projects.

I've used DWH for several years. They have installed new heating ducts, air conditioning, and a furnace humidifier as well as doing annual system maintenance. They are always honest and helpful, very tidy and clean, respectful and reliable. Prices are quite competitive. I highly recommend them.

I bought 2 brass Library Floor Lamps several years ago. They arrived with scratches and had to be replaced. The lamps flickered on and off and had to be fiddled with constantly, also got quite hot after being on for several minutes - a real safety hazard. Now one of the them no longer works at all. RH won't do anything, no repairs, no refund, no exchange, nothing. At the price I paid I expected these lamps to last a very long time. Won't be buying from RH ever again, Ikea has better quality at a fraction of the price.

My hot water heater broke down sometime Friday night. Without hot water on Saturday morning, I called Lou, he came out, drained the tank, and arranged for the replacement. The replacement happened Monday morning. As always, Lou was totally reliable, honest, very prompt, cleaned up after the job, took care of everything. Lou installed my a/c a few years ago and has done various types of duct work as well as regular furnace servicing. I can count on him and can trust him. He has my highest recommendation.
