I recently purchased an armchair from DecorRest. After 6 weeks I called the store to ask when I might expect it and they had forgotten to make it, even though I had paid in full. I had to wait another long time and have made no effort to apologize or anything. I wouldn't recommend them; they have no connection with the consumer.

Hello Matt,
Although your information is 6 years old we feel compelled to write and inform you that Decor-Rest has very strict guidelines in place for receiving orders. We have ISO 9001 certified systems in place and are very detailed about how we receive and then enter orders. We enter all orders same day or if received after 4:00 pm there is a chance they would be entered into our system next morning and definitely within 24 hours of receipt. For accuracy we only take orders by email, fax and EDI.
We are saddened to read your complaint as we have cannot discern which retailer, what was the situation, did the Retailer forget and then send in once you called? We would keep notes in our computer system if that was the case. You may still contact us at info@decor-rest.com so we can invite you for a cappuccino and show you our operation. We have no way of knowing how your situation ended…we only hope that you received your armchair and are enjoying it.
