My husband and I thought our roof was leaking as puddles of water were found in the garage and the wood in the ceiling of the garage seemed to be quite wet. Roof Pro+ was recommended to us. Frank came, inspected out roof did a minor repair around the vent said that should take care of it and that our roof seemed to be fine. To keep an eye on it and call him back if any further problems. I did notice one other minor thing about a week later about what I thought was another problem. After consulting with someone else Frank called me right back and again it was a minor thing. He knew his work and did not charge me a cent or try to tell us that something needed done which did not.
