I was totally impressed with Mohammed and his excellent work and customer service skills. He did a fantastic job and is a really smart and nice person who cares about his customers. I even received a call back to see if I was happy with his work and if there were any questions. I would highly recommend this company for gutter cleaning for sure and will continue to use them. I'm sure they excel in their other services as well. Pricing is reasonable and most important ... I like that the Customer comes first with this company. Truly rare these days. My original smart thermostat that was installed by Williams HVAC which is now Furnace Family a few years back was not working properly this summer and fall. The temperature once the air conditioner was turned off for the season was unusually high even with windows open in our cool Calgary temperatures. I usually set my thermostat to 19.5 and I was getting readings of 23 even with open windows. I called Furnace Family and a service technician came and told me that the thermostat was not working properly and that Daikin had come out with their own thermostat and APP that could be controlled via Smart Phone. The price was a bit of shock at first but I have both an air conditioner and high efficiency furnace that are Daikin. The warranty on the thermostat I believe is 15 years which is really good. So far I have been very pleased with the thermostat and am glad I made the purchase in spite of the shock of the price. Also I wanted to also commend Furnace Family for remembering that I needed a new air conditioner cover which I had phoned about a few months back. I thought this was absolutely great customer service. I am pleased with Furnace Family and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Hi. I wanted to let potential customers know that Chinook Exteriors after installation stands by it's work. I had some issues with my down spouts falling down with heavy wind after installation and upon contacting Chinook Exteriors, it was dealt with. This to me is extremely important that a company stands by it's work. I just wanted to make sure that people know that Chinook Exteriors does honour its warranty and stand by its workmanship. Noel is honest and has integrity.... that is rare these days. I had him over to help with a couple of problems I had .... one with my jacuzzi tub draining and the other with my basement drain. I had several plumbers come over regarding my tub and not one of them came up with the solution Noel did. Use a calcium remover because there was build up in the pipes. Well he was absolutely right and he did not attempt to rip me off like so many other plumbers did. I had quotes from $500 - $1000 to clean the drain pipes. And with the drain in the basement ... he simply got me a new cover and made sure the pipe from the furnace was draining properly. The problem I was having was that the condensation was overflowing and I thought it may be a drain clog. I will never use another plumber other than Noel. Honesty and integrity is important to me and if you want someone who you can trust, look no further. Thank you Noel for your service and solutions ... I've been absolutely a satisfied customer since your last visit. I will call you in the late spring for outdoor faucet replacement as we discussed. I highly recommend Noel and I'm pretty picky with who I recommend.

I have a gorgeous yard with lots of trees and bushes and it harbours a lot of wildlife such as birds, rabbits, squirrels etc. My trees and bushes are over 20+ years and Blaine came out and had a look and respected that I wanted to preserve the trees and wildlife. The crew that came out were absolutely professional and respectful of my wishes and did a phonomenal job on the trees and bushes on my property. I also had some bushes that I shouldn't have planted in the front yard ground down and the whole experience was seamless. And the price was very fair. I would definitely use Turning Leaf again in the future to maintain the health and integrity of my growing trees and bushes. I was very impressed with the service and the professionals that came out. I had the entire home painted on the inside, walls, doors, door frames and baseboards and although the work was extensive, the final outcome was absolutely stunning and very professionally done. I also appreciated that Chris was able to arrange to have the baseboards on the main floor painted ahead of time prior to installation and providing me with a really good guy to install them. I found the crew to be awesome and they cared about the professionalism of their work. It was a totally seamless experience and my home looked awesome after they were done. I would highly recommend this company if you want painting done correctly and professionally. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and people I work with and would definitely keep them in mind for future requirements. I can't say enough about Dean and the quality of products and service I received. I originally had white fascia and the builder's cheap eavestroughs and downspouts. I changed them to gray to match the trim of my house and of course went from 4" g to 5" and added a downspout or eavestrough to the back. All were the large 3 x 3 inch. I also had the downspouts going into weeping tile which unfortunately froze up last winter and caused all sorts of chaos with ice and water. Chinook Exteriors provided me with the option of having a diverter which allowed me to have one downspout still going into the weeping tile and winter pipe on the other side for the winter. It was a great idea and accomodated my needs. The work was professionally done and Sean was very meticulous and particular in his craftsmanship. I found Dean to be a really honest and trustworthy and I was pleased with the final outcome. My house looks really awesome and I'm ready for storms either in the winter or the summer. I would highly recommend Chinook Exteriors and once I am looking at having my vinyl and soffits replaced, I won't think twice with going with this company. Zak was awesome. I had a slow draining tub where i had tried every home remedy to fix. I decided to vall clearview and i was impressed with the communication with its customers. Zak was able to fix the issue and explained everything as he was working. Thanks zak. Highly recommend

I first of all had a kitchen countertop installation along with island done in granite. The work was outstanding and transformed my kitchen into a vision of beauty. I also had Jet install granite, toilet, sink in my 1/2 bath which turned out phenomenal. We then moved to my master bathroom which was a sight for sore eyes. The countertop was replaced with granite and the jaccuzzi tub was also surrounded with the same granite. The results were absolutely breath taking and I now have a gorgeous master bathroom. I cannot say enough about Jet and his company .... he took time to take me to various stone and tile suppliers on a Saturday which was over and above what I expected. He and his contacts (trades) were accomodating and very fussy and professional regarding any of the work that was done. If you are looking for any marble, tile, quartz rennovations or additions to your home, you can't go wrong with this company. AA Granite, Quartz and Marble Ltd. definitely deferentiates itself from other companies by providing the extra care, professionalism, and superb work along with the best and most accomodating customer care I've come across. Thanks Jet and all of your employees and contractors for such great work.

Ryan was tasked with checking out my gas fireplace which had not been looked at since the house was build over 19 years ago. He discovered the issue and quickly remedied the problem but also thoroughly cleaned out the fireplace and saved it from its rusting state. He also asked me if I wanted to maintain the fireplace as a show piece or have a blower installed to generate the heat to the room. Of course I went for this option ..... it seemed pointless to have a fireplace just wasting potential energy. End result - my fireplace looks and acts brand new and I'm actually using it quite a bit now. Thanks Ryan for the absolutely courteous and professional service ... I highly recommend this company .... you will not be sorry.
