We met Karen Tran at the Edmonton Home and Garden show at the ShelfGenie display. Within a 2 week period she came to our home to give us an estimate. We Were not quit ready for the renovation, so she let wait until the fall to complete the transaction. The installer came and measured the openings, Karen ordered them put on a rush order and within a month the pieces arrived and were installed. My husband and I love them as it sure keeps everything organized and easy to get at. The workmanship of the Shelfgenie was everything we had hoped for. Both Karen and the installer were very professional and we enjoyed them. We would recommend the company
