It was really a pleasure to work with Rocco. We were a bit scared about removal of load bearing wall inour 90 years house. We needed drawings and building permit to be done properly and quickly. He responded very quickly and made the drawings and got the permits for Loadbearing wall removal in a week. He also kindly provided the electronic files to be used for HVAC permit application.
