We needed to have out furnace cleaned and needed to gather three quotes because another party was paying for it (long story, but suffice to say they demanded we collect three quotes for them). Anyway, Tempasure was the first to call back immediately. We ended up contracting them and we are glad it worked out that way. After some initial communication issues, Len quickly called me and apologized for any delays. I was impressed I knew this was a company that cared for its customers. An appointment was then rapidly set up and the job was done thoroughly and more than satisfactorily. We will definitely be calling on Tempasure in the future for any of our furnace needs. On the weekend I noticed the paint bubbling and breaking on my kitchen ceiling. It was wet, too, and with our little bathroom directly above, I took no chances, ordering a moratorium on using it until I could find someone to have a look. Scanning Homestars, Waterworks came up as one of the best recommended, so I gave them a call the next morning. It was a great decision! Hassle-free right from the first call. We tried setting up a date for the next day but that fell through. But Michael was able to come on Tuesday and immediately identified the problem. He also checked out our shower faucet, which was in its last legs, and recommended that we replace our basement toilet, which sees a lot of action since it is the main one for guests and the kids when they hang out down there. Michael replaced everything himself quickly and efficiently. While he still was unable to fix the sink problem yet he assured me he was going to call his contacts to find the irregular-sized part that was used and call me back asap. Michael was patient and hardworking, and very pleasant to talk to, even when we werent conversing about the plumbing issues. A real gentleman, and I am glad we hired you folks on to help us out. The pricing was fair as well the listed price is if he can get the sink repaired as well. All in all, an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

After one of the powerful rain storms this summer, our basement started leaking. We made a couple of calls to get quotes — the first contractor took a quick look and was out the door in 15 minutes. Then Mario came later and spent about an hour with us, assessing the potential problem and patiently answering all of the questions from a pair of anxious homeowners. We knew we had our man. While it took some time for the work to ultimately begin due to a variety of problems — scheduling, weather, manpower and red tape with the city — when Robert, Tomas and his crew got going, they worked long, difficult hours inside and outside the house, digging manually, pouring concrete, waterproofing the interior and exterior, installing a new sump,pump, etc. They were courteous, always professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. And I will add that Mario was always reachable and gave us an extremely fair price. He was always putting himself in the customer’s shoes, trying to save us money where we could and assuage our concerns. Working with MMT was by far the best experience with a contractor we have ever had. Thanks guys!

Superb service. Otto and Marie-Jo were exceptional to deal with. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable as he performed the work over several days in the cold -- ther was a lot of damage to the bricks and he diligently went at it as the temperatures dropped. He finished the job on the final day well into the evening. Kudos to all!
