Just had our roof done and could not be happier. We live in Arnprior and Stewart Roofing was one of the few companies that would make the effort to come out. Their estimator Jade was great, gave us a fair price. The crew was professional, courteous, on time. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Verdun Windows were recommended to us by others and the reviews here and elsewhere agreed. Very professional and courteous, right from the start. Estimator showed up on time and provided a quote that was the best we thought considering cost and quality. No salesmanship. Installers showed up on time, did a great job. We are very happy and would recommend Verdun Windows to anyone.

Quickly needed a switch and and outlet relocated so called Draper Electric. Got the owner Randy on the phone immediately and had an appointment setup in minutes. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do and did it. Great job, very professional. Highly recommend.

We moved into an older house where during renovations by the previous owner, several ducts had been removed. It was a challenging job to replace them without gutting the house and no other company would step up. Rick Menard Heating did and did a fantastic job. Kudos to installer Gaston who worked several long, hard days to get the job one. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend Lloyd Empire Moving. I read the great reviews here on Homestars and asked them for a quote. Got a very reasonable quote and based on the quote and reviews, hired them. The three man crew were great throughout a very long day, very professional. Turns out we had a lot more boxes then expected so it took longer then expected and it could not all fit on one truck. However, the owner Mike personally delivered the remaining items the next day. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Invoice said "run outlets, switches, and lights". Later when I said that was supposed to be a recessed outlet and dimmer switch, they said no, I didn't say that. My word against their word. After arguing, they finally agreed to install them, but it would be two weeks to get the parts. I said I would do it myself. Lesson learned, get every detail in writing. Asked for a proper receipt that showed the amount paid to Trehane for extra work. After arguing, the owner agreed to give me a proper receipt. Workmanship is fine. Paperwork and customer relations need to be improved.

I would highly recommend Remember Me Roofing. I asked for several quotes from the major roofing companies in Ottawa and only Remember Me Roofing were professional enough to keep their appointment. Showed up a couple of weeks early, did a great job. Very courteous and professional.
