Ours was a huge window replacement project, involving a large government grant, which comes with many strict deadlines and a lot of paperwork! The customer service pride of this long standing company was proven with their patience in dealing with our volunteer committee; their knowledge and expertise gained through experience in dealing with government grants; the samples and information provided before installation; and the speed, skill, and respect demonstrated during the several weeks of installation it took to get the job done. The windows look terrific and have given our co-op a much needed facelift.....and a good step towards the energy efficiency we desire.

What could this company do to improve their services?
I did not find anything lacking and did not hear any complaints, myself.
