I didn't have cash on me but the tech said I could use Visa with an extra service charge. Came out same day and was very professional when mounting my TV. However, after putting a piece of furniture (Electric Fireplace/cabinet) underneath I noticed the TV was crooked. Yes, the mount is showing level according the leveler but nevertheless it is on a slant. I contacted GTA wiring about a fix and they asked me to pay full price again for remount or fix it myself with a wire or plastic. Turns out if the customer is not fully satisfied it is their own problem.So I used a piece of coat hanger to help and instead of 1/2 off it might be 1/8 now. Was thinking about getting some shelves but I think I will shop elsewhere for these.Quick & pleasant service at first but not exactly the type that stand by their job afterwards. No guarantees here folks. If you ask me try someone who follows through with their offering to the full extent. Edit: My review was perfextly honest. It was entered 1 week after not 2 as the repsonse below has stated. I have e-mails and texts ro prove my point. The leveler is built right into my mount and I did not deny ot showing level (see above). No shelves were installed...an electric fireplace was set underneath only. I did originally vote giving some stars but after seeing the way they handled the response with outright fiction it is now a 0 review. I am sure many have had a good experience from the other reviews but I did not. I also posted my review on facebook which they decided to report and hide from the public. Beware

This review is not honest.

1) We do not charge extra service, we charge HST.

2) The service was done 2 weeks ago and the customer didn't have any concerns right after.

3) Customer's TV was leveled to the horizon with the leveler. The leveler was shown to customer.

4) We would gladly book an appointment to fix any issue, but this would be considered as a new service as the "issue" appeared only after customer tried installing shelves and probably knocked TV wall mount.
