Do not use this company. The plumber we got was constantly late, and at one point, never showed up when promised. There is a total lack of consideration and professionalism for the customer's time. This is evident not just with the plumber but also with the dispatchers at the office. When scheduling the appointment, they would offer either "mornings or afternoons." Furthermore, our plumber was constantly missing parts and had to come back the next day. To fix a toilet and a sink faucet, it took him a total of 3 days (on the 3rd day, he never showed up). Totally frustrating... will never use again.... ever...
