WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Clogged kitchen drain. Polite technician arrived to snake the problem. 20 minutes later, claimed the drain was clear. The next day, the drain was clogged again. I called again and technician came back to snake the drain again. This time the snake broke in our pipes. They had no way of finding it and between 4 Roto-Rooter staff over 4 days and 10 hours on site. They told me that they would charge us to recover the broken snake and for subsequent repair damage to walls, ceiling and floors (to recover snake). BRUTAL.

Our dishwasher was broken and refrigerator need servicing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon, expecting to only be able to make an appointment the following week. The service technician was able to come that same evening around 7:30 pm. Atiar assessed the problem, provided me options and made recommendations. I was able to save hundreds of dollars, because of his professional advice. In 1.5 hrs. everything was fixed and everything was left clean and working. Perfect service call!
