His quote was very reasonable and the timeline was respected. Arkady masterfully removed all the "popcorn" from the ceilings on the main floor and part of the second floor. The painting on the walls, ceilings, baseboards and wall mouldings was meticulously done to perfection and in a very timely fashion.
