We hired Alex and his team to do a full gut and remediation of our basement. From the initial quote through to the end of our project, Alex was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. The level of customer service was excellent - he did everything he could to make sure we were happy and that the process went smoothly. The team led by Charles working on our basement was amazing - on time, great communication throughout the process, worked a couple of long days to make sure everything was finished on schedule, and left everything super clean. You can tell they took the time and really did a thorough cleaning. We would definitely recommend Restoranation!
