We hired omid for our basement bathroom project, I read a lot of good reviews so I left him alone and trusted him. At the end, he didn't install any water proof membrane and 2 of my floor tiles have a large crack from edge to edge a year later. At the end there were charges that were never mentioned or discussed. We messaged Omid to help us repair these cracked tiles he installed but Omid the tile guy ignored us, we will not recommend Omid to anyone and if you hire him make sure to know the tile trade and make sure you watch him every step because he will cut corners.

Recently I was shopping around for a Contractor to help me finish my basement project, a few contractors came with quotes but Rob from Norwood was the most informative and knowledgeabe one. Rob took the time to explain every process in detail including time line, project design and materials. The price quoted from Norwood was not cheap, I spent around $16000 for hardwood floor, kitchen ceramic 2x4 tiles, beautiful marble slab bathroom floor and shower tiles installe. Norwood pays great attention to details. I will definitely recommend Norwood for your next home renovation, because I know I will.
