We had a few small jobs that needed to be done (woodpecker hole on our wall, and some door frames that needed to be painted/patched). I emailed Glen with a description of the job and attached a few photos. He called me back the same day and discussed the details with me, including what is needed on our end. The communication was very smooth. On the day of the job, his team arrived on time and did what he said would do. We are satisfied with the experience, and would recommend to others.

Our furnace humidifier stopped working during winter. Which made our floor chip. Called Aire Max, and Max came to replace the humidifier the same day. The job was good, and price was very reasonable. Thanks Max!

I got a call from ADT saying I have a low battery signal, and they will send a technician to come "check it out". On the day the technician came, it took him 5 minutes to replace the battery and the charge was 162 dollars!! I thought this was a free service and that's why I agreed to have a technician come. I was not at all informed of this charge ahead of time. Battery cost about 50 and technician cost 100 for the 5 minutes he was here. We inherited the device from previous home owner and had a maintainable service 3months ago when we just got here, and they didn't have any issue with the battery. I called customer service about my experience, and they said I need to contact "billing" department ??? This company is all about money. And they will make their device broke easily so they could charge you money to fix it.
