Called TSR this morning and they called back right away. Had noises coming from the kitchen ceiling. Alan and Sal came same day and on time. Cut a hole where we heard the noises and they found attic mice/rats nest. They patched the hole they made and went about laying down poison in the attic soffits. They said it would be fine and we have a 6 month guarantee to eliminate the problem.

Responded to my inquiry right away. They came in a couple of days for the quote. I had 3 quotes and theirs was the best. They showed up early of the install time, which was perfect. Looks very professional and matched the colour nicely! They cleaned up and we now have an excellent window that we won't have to worry about for a very long time if ever!

External Water proofing. Got a couple of quotes and gathered a lot of info. I sent out a message to Direct Waterproofing and within 20 minutes I got a call from Terry. He was on his way back from a job and stopped in to see the problem. He explained everything they were going to do and how. What materials etc. They arrived on schedule after a big snowfall and freezing rain. It was -10c and they started right away. They took pictures as they progressed through the job. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you, Terry, Dono and John. I will let you guys know if the basement leaks in that area over the next 25 years. But I bet it doesn't. 10/10

My wife and I have been looking for power recliners for the TV room for a few weeks now. All our finds were either too expensive or we would have to wait 3 to 6 months because of the pandemic I believe? I was browsing the web when an AD for "Valencia" Theater Seating came up. I was taken to the website and I thought this can't be true. 2 leather power recliners on sale for $2600?? I then saw they were available from a company named "Eastporters" and they were in Oakville! Plus to our amazement they were in "STOCK" We drove to the store and we were greeted by Gary. We tried a couple of different models and settled on the "Verona" model. We purchased them that day. 6 days later they arrived. The 2 guys unpackaged them and set them up exactly where we wanted and 20 minutes later we had our "AWESOME" chairs. We love them! Real leather with LEDS. Thank you Eastporters!!!!

Came on time, quick service took less then an hour to remove a Norway Maple that had split in half. Great clean up and removed some other branches I had laying beside my house. Only issue was the lack of communication in a timely fashion as far as emails go. But it all worked out. I would hire again.

The crew showed up right on time and did all the work described. The finished job looks very professional and well done. They finished the job in the timeline first described in the estimate.They also cleaned up the work site after.
