I used Done Right to replace my skylights several years ago then had them back a couple of years ago to do the roof and replace my roof vents. Brilliant service and top quality work both times and would not hesitate to recommend them. Sometimes thought it is not just how good the initial service is but how good the follow up is. During the winter following the roof installation we experienced some attic rain during the spring thaw due to changes in the roof venting. I contacted Done RIght and they were excellent to deal with. They didn't just abandon me but worked very hard to resolve the problem so that now I can report after a full year after that the problem is completely resolved. Lots of companies out there to choose from but will all of them stand behind their work after they have been paid! I HIGHLY recommend Done Right Roofing.

The reviews on Home Stars for this company are all positive and for good reason. I would highly recommend you give them a call for any carpet repair or re-stretch work. This small company provided excellent communication from Tim the owner; Ryan showed up when he said they would; Ryan provided an 'on the spot' quoted which was a very reasonable price to re-stretch my hallway carpet; Ryan completed the work in the time he said they would and most importantly the finished product is excellent. The only thing I was left to ask myself was why didn't I have them come out immediately when my carpet first wrinkled!

Got a few quotes did my research and ultimately had Brent and the team at Energy Insulations upgrade my Attic Insulation. Brent came out to do the quote and it was immediately obvious he knows what he is talking about! He discussed the problems I was having with Attic Rain and showed me what needed to be done to get it resolved. A separate roofing company adjusted my attic ventilation. When Energy Insulation came back to do the work they drastically improved the insulation in my attic and did so in a very professional way. Get some quotes but talk to Energy Insulation - you won't regret it!

Used "done Right" a couple of years ago to replace my skylights and was VERY HAPPY so I called them again when it was time for my shingles to be replaced. As before a very professional job was completed promptly with no hassle. Amanda in the office was swift and professional in her communications; Issac as project manager was clear, professional yet personable; Jason as site lead kept me well informed as the project unfolded and clearly cared about the quality of his and his crews work; All the guys in the work crew were polite, professional and did excellent work (this was definitely not a "sub-contract" work crew!) The final product looks excellent and I have confidence it will stand the test of time. Lastly my property was left clean and free of nails and garbage. Sure - check out the other roofing companies but make sure you give "Done Right" a call as well.

Great service from the person I first spoke with who answered the phone; Quick response in getting someone out to diagnose my the broken furnace; Awesome service to fix the problem (which included warranty work on a Carrier Furnace they had not installed) and then some overdue service work. Service tech arrived when he said he would and the cost was as originally described once the work was finished. Furnace works great now.

Service and Quality are what Old West Windows and Doors provided for the installation of 10 windows on our main floor. Step 1: The Quote. Rick came out, listened to our requirements, discussed what our options were, then provided a details and accurate quote. Rick was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Step 2: Ordering the windows and booking the installation dates was done smoothly and professionally through Shauna in the office Step 3: Installation was done by a professional crew of 3 skilled hardworking guys who clearly took GREAT pride in there work. The work site was kept clean and tidy while they were onsite and spotless when they left. Most importantly the quality of the final installed product was perfect. Step 4: Dealing with problems is to me the true measure of a company - as something unexpected always comes up. This project was no different, when it occurred the onsite crew were great to deal with and made adjustments as needed until the results was perfect. Lastly when a window was delivered broken a replacement was immediately ordered by the office and delivered and installed at lightening speed. Now the cold weather has arrived I cannot believe what a difference these new windows make. I found this companies name on Home Stars and they truly deserve the high star rating they presently have.

Great work from start to finish. Prompt replies to my initial inquiries; Came to give a quote when they said they would; Did the work when they said they would; Final bill was exactly what they said it would be; Great crew on site; Flawless installation and excellent clean up. What more could you ask for? On top of all this they also that they took care of the little things like cleaning the skylight glass inside and out before installing. Very happy with the work - would recommend their service.

Over one year ago Colin and the crew completed our kitchen renovation and hands down this is the best renovation work we have EVER had done. Colin provided clear and prompt communication from start to finish; the completed work was amazing; the work crews were great to deal with and the quality of the work excellent. May be most importantly - when the dust is settled, the bills paid and kitchen has been used for a year we still think Colin and the Pine Nuts crew are worth a 10/10 rating.
