We looked to replace our original kitchen cabinets and friends of ours recommended Padam and Brampton kitchens. After coming and looking at our original kitchen, Padam suggested a meeting at the showroom. We went over their recommended design which included a totally redesigned 84” island. The result was a total overhaul of our entire kitchen. We signed the design and the agreed on the date of instal which included the quartz instal and removal of our current kitchen. Since installing the new island was going to be in a different area of the kitchen I had my doubts due to the complex nature of the move. However Padam did not and arranged all the proper trades to make this happen. The end result was our dream kitchen. On time and in budget. Like to thank Padam and the entire Brampton Kitchen staff for their patience and confidence thru this entire process. We will be enjoying our new kitchen for years to come. Happy holidays. The perfect score I have rated Penquin basements is only for their Site Manager(Walter) and his crew of trade professionals. The work actually started on time and once it was handed off to Walter, it became evident that we had made the right decision. Up until then, the head office staff really made us think we made the wrong choice and threw away a big deposit. They only lived up to about 25% of their promises. Calls were not made and appts. were missed. But Walter and his team changed all that. He quickly took control and scheduled his teams to begin turning about 1000sq ft. of my basement into an attractive, comfortable living space. From Antonio(Custom framer), to another Walter(painting crew), Eric(electrician) and carpenters, tiler etc. all showed a desire meet the tight schedule that Walter had set out. Not only that but the quality of their work was outstanding, all with the care of the customers needs in mind. At the end of the day you hire a contractor that will live up to the quality of work that was promised which Walter and his team delivered. Just wished that Penquin's head office staff had taken a page out of Walters customer satisfaction page. Thanks Walter

I have been a Satisfied Brock customer for years. Recently I had an issue with the internal blinds in my patio doors. Contacted Brock and within days I received a service call from Northstar who confirmed the quality issue and fixed the problem under warranty.
