I called Victor and scheduled him to do a health check on my rental property furnace and also on the 20 year old furnace in my Bungalow. For the rental furnace he thoroughly checked and cleaned everything including the flame detector, and measured the amps on the motor to let me know approximately how much life is left in the motor. He provided me and my tenant advice on how to run the system properly in the winter and summer as well. For my bungalow furnace he did the same, but he verified that the condenser on top is building up too much heat and will schedule a follow up appointment to remove it and clean it out. The previous services that I had never checked on this issue before, and the last technician that I brought to check on this overheating issue, just advised me to just change the filters more often (every month or 2 vs 3 months to prevent it from overheating. Victor checked and found that it had already been overridden from the default 180 max temp to 250 so it really needs to be cleaned, as that would explain why it cycles off and on so quickly as it overheats. Victor is polite, kind and knowledgeable and knows all that there is to know about HVAC repair and service. He is highly recommended.

My garage door cable broke on one side, and I called Mike who was able to fit me in the same day. The other company I contacted and left a voice mail with didn't even return my call. I previously had the door opened replaced by another company 2 years ago, and had paid a bit too much so I was wary when calling another company. Mike was great, and arrived on time, did the work while explaining what needed to be replaced and what exactly the cost would be. He didn't recommend any unnecessary repairs and did a great job. He reassured me that the last job was don well, but they didn't replace the cables which broke, and they left the wrong brackets on the rod which was being cut. He replaced both cables and brackets and lubricated the whole door and tracks. The service cost was reasonable and the parts replacement was also very good. Thanks' again and will call you next time I have issues or have a friend who needs someone to fix their garage door. Kareem

My garage door opener broke so I called for a replacement. They had a special for $350.00 instaled for a 3/4 HP Liftmaster with chain which the technician and assistant installed, plus torsion springs, rollers, and additional h/w. He told me that the reason the old one broke was that the springs were worn out. He told me it was $125 to replace them. At the end he said they can replace the rollers for a buck 20 (I thought $1.20 ea). I thought the total would be around $500 or so. He wasn't not clear on total cost until he wrote up the final bill for $940.00. Good install and friendly guys, not happy with bloated upselling and no signed quote on total cost. Will call office about the pricing and see what they can do. Not expecting very much. Would not recommend them. The bill was for: 3/4 hp Garage door opener: 1x $350 Long torsion spring: 1x $125 Short torsion spring: 1x $125 Torsion Drums Set 12 ft door: 1x $55 End Bearing Plate: 1x $55 White Nylon Rollers 10x $12 = $120 Long White Nylon Rollers 2x $10 = 20 Total w/Hst $937.90

What could this company do to improve their services?
When they arrive, provide client with a quote for the total cost for job up front so there are no unpleasant surprises. It's hard to say no when you get the bill and everything is installed.
