Twelve Points was a recommendation from a trusted contractor. I usually do not use a company unless I know someone who has used them and recommends them (which is why Im writing a review). Rupert was very communicative and timely, two qualities that I truly appreciated. He communicated the day and time of arrival and not only was he timely but he was even early! I also appreciated the fact that he was very thorough (he educated me on a few things that I should have watched for with the previous company that I used because although they did a good job, they werent as thorough). All in all, I am very pleased with the final result.
