The owner is the most disorganized person I have ever come across. I can't even begin to explain ... Anyway, they have yet to complete the job (I am missing 4 grills for the island and a touch up of the ceiling - - the pot lights are 'gappy') and it's been over a year. I'm not holding my breath. It's a shame because the quality of the cabinets and the workmanship is great. However, if you go with them, prepare for complete instability. You will never know when they show up and what they will complete. The will disappear with no explanations and return with excuses of mother-in-laws dying (even though they told you months ago they were not married!). Beware. Spend more and save yourself a big headache.

My experience was similar to Stuart's only worse. My kitchen was ripped out (while my husband and I were at work - our mistake for giving this guy a key) prior to having ordered the new cabinets! I was kitchenless for months! I had to wash my son's baby bottles in the bathroom sink! The reno is about 80% complete. I've given up at this point and am only seeking the materials required to have someone else complete the job. Wish me luck. As Stuart mentioned, the owner tells stories like a mo'fo'.
