I first used Modern PurAir after the 2013 flood and was very pleased with the service. I recently had multiple furnaces cleaned again and was happy with Chad and Rory's customer service. My appointment was originally cancelled due to technician illness but when I asked if anyone else could be sent out they were accommodating. Chad took the time to explain things which made me feel comfortable with the process. Rory was helpful with finding solutions to smell sensitivity to the sanitizer. Thanks guys!
