In Janurary 2020, I found the ceiling of one room had dark stains and was scared. After searching and comparing several service providers, I chose Mold Solutions. Alan and his guy did quick solution for me. Unfortunately after 10 months, the issue is back. I contacted Alan again. To my surprise, he responded to me and did the warranty job with better solution and without any bargaining. Now my tenants and me have peace in mind. Alan and his guy are very professional. As a very small company, they did warranty service in the timely manner. That's why I strongly recommend their services. Hope they can continue providing great services.
