An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My husband and I rent out our basement to a very good tenant. He approached us with a drainage problem he encountered immediately upon moving in. We went to see the problem to see if my husband would be able to fix it but what he noticed was out of his league to try and fix. We then proceeded to search for a plumbing company and stumbled upon iPLUMB. They came in the assessed the problem.(drain was sloped the wrong way)They had a lot of work to do(breaking concrete, re-doing all drains, ect) yet were very polite and professional when I had questions to ask. They finished the work and left no mess behind them. They were very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. If your looking for a good plumbing company then look no further you've found them. highly recommended. Thanks guys
