Terry & Seeta from Ontario Electronics Service are a great team that I had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, honest, friendly and easy to talk with. They did an in home service for my TV and it couldn't be repaired onsite so they took it back to their shop and left a loaner TV for me (at no extra charge) till they returned mine good as new (which was even sooner than expected). Their prices are more than reasonable ( and I did check out a few others). They would be my only choice to call if and when I need repairs done for any of my electronics. I WOULD NOT recommend Dugan from Barrie Paint & Decorating, (Ideal Contracting). We hired him as the contractor to do a major renovation for us. Complete gut of kitchen, living/dining room and installation of all new materials. He did a terrible job installing our laminate floor (not clicked together properly, gaps can be seen), heated porcelain tile floor (uneven in many areas, you can easily trip and hurt your feet and the heated floor is not where you need it the most), backsplash (grout was left all over to harden on the face of the tiles), cold air comes in from the electrical outlets he installed and the list goes on. Not a professional job as he promised and he doesn’t take pride in his work. He's not a man of his word (still hasn’t brought us items that were promised). His only guarantee is not to come back to resolve issues with his work and to make up all kinds of excuses for why he doesn't follow up on promises. Tina M. Toronto
