Terrible service from cancelled appointments and me calling to find out. Techs coming to the house without proper equipment more cancelled appointments no follow up. I have to call repeatedly to re book, lost time from work no one cares at all and to make matters worse they damaged the kitchen and weeks later still no follow up as to when they will come out to repair the damage to the kitchen. apparently his kitchen guy is busy?? its up to me to follow up? I have never had such poor customer service. stay away avoid them there are so many others out there to call

have had nothing but issues from follow up to cancelled appointments to finally a tech coming out to repair the oven only to leave with it still not operating 100% and damage to the kitchen and to top matters off speaking to a supervisor who promises to call back with follow up but still no call. 100 % satisfaction should be voided from your phone recording. I am in the customer service industry and would be embarrassed. Things happen I agree but to the extent that there is always an issue or excuse and no follow up.? my wife and i are very frustrated and still awaiting resolution hopefully now the supervisor or owner will call. will keep everyone posted. Update on Friday Dec 9th i was confirmed for for another repair for Monday Dec12th. Today Dec12th after me having to call in for the time I was told that they would not be coming out that they need two men??? But I was confirmed on Friday.. Stay away from these people Frustrated.....

Please accept our most sincere apology for the service you received so far. We agree that it was not up to our usual "Consumer Choice Award winning service" because of the logistics involved with your service. We know you are frustrated because of the several unsuccessful attempts by the companies that tried to repair the oven before us. It would be nice(and fair) though if your report also included the fact that we figured out what the issue was, repaired it and now you have it's use for the holidays.
