This company was recommended highly to me and I quickly found out why. Within an hour of making a call to PlumbWize about a mysteriously clogged drain, Zak was on-site. He reviewed the situation, was pretty convinced about the cause, and recommended their high-tech camera inspection to confirm his professional opinion. Thank goodness he did--and yes, he was right. Turned out to be a massive tree root invasion that was only going to get worse. (And as much as we didn't like the news, we thought it was pretty cool to be able to see this first-hand!) Zak then cleared it it out and resolved the situation, which could have escalated and cost us dearly in the future if he hadn't caught it that day.
