Max came quickly to show us how to drain our leaking water tank on the weekend. By Monday he was installing a new one. He and his assistant are clean, polite and efficient. Showed up on time just as he had said.

Need water main valve in house repaired as well as diverter for tub/shower Ethan was prompt which helped with co ordinating the city water shutting off. Knowledgeable, clean, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend and he will be my go to plumber from now on.

Called the company I usually use and got jerked around about when they could install a new humidifier. As an asthma sufferer this was difficult in the cold winter. So very impressed as I sent out Homestars requests no one followed up Tron I called on my own and had immediate response as well as service men were here in an hour. They summed the problem up quickly and repaired it. This was a bathroom fan and they were so honest as we did not know if it needed replacement. I had seen the zebra blinds in my daughter-in-laws new home and wanted to update my living room. Looking on Homestars I came across Melrose and Julian’s response to my question was quick and knowledgeable. We set up an in house consultation and my husband loved them so much he decided to have them installed in our kitchen patio doors and remove old style darker blind. In this time of COVID he was very careful coming into our house and most checking and work was done outside. Good news was given and other ideas suggested as mice had come into the attic and he gave us a choice of having it treated. booked between 2 and 5pm called me to say they were running late which I appreciated the call. They did not arrive till 5:40 after 2 calls to the company. Mix up about cleaning the dryer vent which they did but broke the vent and replaced it will a cheap one I had at our house as a back up. I am now going to have to get someone in to replace the heavy duty one as required by manufacturer of the dryer. The duct cleaning was done well and sealing of ducts were impressive. Hoping I get a call back about the replacement of the dryer vent as I reported it to office.
