I don't have enough bad things to say about roto rooter. Very disappointed to see such a big name company run so poorly. Needed a simple valve replaced it was in a bit of a weird spot and the tools I had didn't work so I called roto rooter. Id had that same valve replaced before and another for $100 and so was expecting around the same or less for just this one. To me it was an easy fix or is so it should have been a quick fix and then done. The guy came and complained about the spot and location of the valve and kept going back to his truck to "get a different tool" keep in mind this is your every day average valve repair. My wife was home on mat leave and did t know the extend of what needed to be done. I got home and saw a $400+ Bill I almost hit the fan. I called them to find out why it was so much and they said it was something like $250 dollars for the first hour and then half that for every hour after that. First of all that's ridiculous. Secondly he wasn't even here ONE hour let alone 2. I asked to speak to someone in charge was told their busy but they'll call me back... 2 months later and I still haven't heard from anyone. The only reason I'm not giving full zeros is because they did at least fix the problem. Worst company ever how they've been in business for like 80 years is beyond me.

Absolute stand up company. Heat wave going on and so as an air conditioning company must have been swamped. Even still made the drive to Mississauga no questions asked. He told me it would be later as it's very busy and so I thought I was looking g at a few days or later in the evening, but know someone came out within 3 hours and came in within minutes of when he said he'd be here. Was curtious and not only fixed the problem in minutes but also told me how to prevent it in the future. absolute stand up service. And very affordable. ********** 10/10

Wanted a 2 level deck built around our trees and with storage underneath and got exactly that. John and his team arrived on time to the second. Cost was exactly as planned and they took the time to build the deck around and even through our trees to not ruin them. Will definitely be going back to alpine when extending deck and putting in planters.

When shopping for furniture you should always make a stop at Arrow furniture. They have the same if not similar items as in other stores but for half the price and the quality is great. They also have a lot of unique furniture that you can't find in other stores that is a nice change if you are looking for a special piece but can't seem to find it anywhere chances are Arrow Furniture has it. All of the sales people seem nice too but I always deal with Bill at the Mississauga location as he is nice and always helpful.

Very very satisfied with their service. When I approached them and they gave me a quotes they were straight up with me and told me that you could go to a cheap window place and find Windows for Less but they don't deal in cheap windows they deal in windows that are high quality and that will last. Having gone the cheap window route before and not being satisfied from another company I knew right there that this was the place for me. They installed very quickly didn't leave a mess and the quality of the windows are unmatchable. Also the door that they put in totally has changed my house. I was tempted to just go get a cheap Home Depot door but I am glad that I didn't as I feel the this door will add value to my house 5 times over what it cost me not to mention it looks better than anything I've even seen at home Depot or else where. There are cheaper places out there, there are also more expensive places out there, but I don't believe there are any places out there better for Windows and Doors than Olympia town aluminum.

Could have got a home depot vent clean for cheaper as they were having a promotion but HomeStars gave them such a good rating that with young kids in the house decided to go for what seemed to be the best. I am glad that I did. These guys were amazing. They went over and above what I expected. I will definitely be going back.

Found A1 on home stars amungst others but most places were either over booked or didn't return my call, they came out quickly and were friendly and did an amazing job. Would use Their service again for sure.
