Lou and his team put a new furnace in our home. We have dealt with Lou for over 20 years and have always found him to be knowledgeable, honest and polite. We are very satisfied with the work Lou has done for us in maintaining our furnace and air conditioning units over the years, and we now have a new furnace that we are pleased with.

I put in a service call with Mr. Router to fix a leaky toilet. Brian M. found where the leak was coming from and fixed the toilet. Brian was polite and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable having him in my home.
