After almost a year of interviewing and getting quotes from multiple contractors, we were thrilled to find Andy! From beginning to end, Andy and his team exceeded our expectations. His experience and strong relationship with suppliers really helped guide us through a million decisions and sidestep mistakes. We absolutely love the final product and look forward to hiring Stratas Design in the future.

When we looked at having our basement finished, we reviewed many contractors Having that sense of comfort from a person was very important to us as we were trusting them with our home. The minute Ted came in and we started to talk, he gave us that exact feeling. The quality of his work is fantastic - and better still, his ability to look at things from our point of view, and suggest improvements that really are about improving the design, and not about increasing the quote. He was not only on time, and accurate with his quote - he and his crew were brilliant. Each day we came home from work the work area was cleaned up (a very nice touch). We look forward to calling him for our next project.
