I used their services few months ago and was grossly over billed for both - parts and labour. Plumber worked for about 1.5-2 hours and billed for 3.5 hours. Charged $50 each for two valves he replaced, which are available in Home Depot for about $16 each. All in all, they billed me $520.93 for replacing two valves. I used their services because they were recommended by the building management company. Had I seen these reviews before, I would have avoided them entirely.
