I feel totally ripped off by this company. My husband called them to fix our dryer unaware of their bad reputation. The repair guy called Jerome showed up late by 17 minutes. He asked me to sign the quote for $320 and said he can only proceed with the diagnostic test if I sign. The quote separated each item with a different price: Main board- $140 Heating System- $89 Safety System- $91 I signed unaware that this was a quote only for the LABOUR!!! Then he charged us $253.35 for the part (thermal fuse). We end up paying $647.88 in total with tax. Bottom line: We were overcharged and paid too much for the repair.
