Today, i went to sears Oakville and i asked for my jacket from last winter which is teared and zip also need some repair. i went to an old lady at paying table. i asked her about the jacket and she said she can't do anything because it is more the three months. i did not asked for exchanging the jacket. at least, she can suggest me for repairing it. it means every years, i have to pay 135 dollars to buy a jacket even if you are an international student. that old lady even did not looked at me. she was just doing her work and simply ignored me means they don't care about customers money. Last time, i spent 471.18 bucks over there and that time everything was fine because they were getting money. now, even they don't know how to direct or suggest the customer. Is they don't have repairing center. This was very bad and terrible situation when i felt very discomfort to tell my problem to that lady who was not even looking at me and was pretending that she is busy in finding something. i know, they don't have shortage of customers but it was very heartbreaking for me and next time i will never go over there in my future.
