I called this company at 8pm and to my surprise somebody answered the phone right away. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions precisely and also asked very specific troubleshooting questions. I was impressed at how knowledgable the phone operator was. The next morning Alex and another young man (I am sorry I forgot your name) showed up. They came 10 minutes early but offered to wait until our agreed upon time for my convenience, I appreciated that. Alex fixed my Miele dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I was surprised how easily he did it, since I have heard from all my friends that very few appliance repair companies are willing to repair Miele products. The other young man (again sorry!!) had a more difficult time with the Samsung fridge. They said this happens often and that nobody should ever buy a Samsung fridge (unfortunately I had not met these two before). It took them over an hour to fix it. At the end I was provided a digital invoice and paid with my credit card on the spot. The entire process was easy and painless. Thank you both for your remarkable service.
