James responded to my service request in an extremely timely manner and followed through with everything else in exactly the same way. His immediate knowledge of what each repair was needed for each issue on my list was not only helpful but also reassuring. James committed to and followed up on his promise of doing all the work quickly and with a minimum disruption to my household. I'm thrilled with how great everything now looks and I'm relieved to now have so many items from my "to do" list already taken care of, and SO quickly. James also took the initiative and spent time going "above and beyond" in doing research/phone calls, on my behalf, so that special repairs can be made to some of my kitchen cabinets.
