I purchased a large closet organizer system from Sunburst this year for my new condo's walk in closet. Bob, the salesman, was extremely accomodating, professional and helpful in working out the design with me. After the in-house visit, he answered my subsequent emails promptly at all hours of the day, patiently making suggestions for improvements and ways to cut costs, and providing quotes for the several different iterations of the design I came up with. The installers were polite, professional and clean. Sunburst has the kind of customer service that you would have expected 50 years ago but don't see much of anymore...unfortunately!
