The shutters were ordered and ready within 3 weeks. The crew that came to install them was very quick (less than 2 hours), professional and on time for the appointment. The shutters look amazing. The owner (who comes to take measurements) sometimes makes comments about your previous home decor that can be perceived as rude. I was able to overlook this only because of previous reviews on here and because the price was within my budget.

We had Pinnacle 1 install glass inserts with iron work inside into our own home and loved it. Now we are renovating another house to sell and hired John again to add to our curb appeal. We're very happy with the result. The side window insert was custom made quickly. We've recommended this company to several of our friends who have also been happy with the work.
