Joan was very friendly, courteous and respectful in realizing our family goals and budget. Her suggestion to utilize their on-staff interior designer to personally visit our home, investigate our personal tastes, our vision and evaluate existing colours, furnature and floor space was a brillant suggestion. With the help and suggestions from both Joan and the designer we are very happy with their recommendations and results. Lazboy came through, product, service, delivery and set up was outstanding.
