After seeing many positive reviews as well as being recommended to me by a neighbour, I decided to give Sunrise a call to get a quote on my back patio and the front entrance area of my house. The salesman that came over (Adrian) was very informative and very well mannered making us feel very comfortable about the whole project. He gave us some great ideas and the price was pretty much in line with a couple other companies that had quoted us earlier. We decided to go ahead with this project as we felt very comfortable with Adrian and also really liked the product that Sunrise uses (Oaks - very beautiful and high quality pavers). Adrian explained that there would be a 2-3 week wait from the day that we signed the contract and we ended up waiting exactly 16 days for the excavation crew to arrive to start the work. Gary, Will and Mr. Massa showed up for the excavation and these guys are such a pleasure to deal with! Very patient and yet so efficient at what they do! They were there for 2 days and each day cleaned up before leaving and made sure we were informed of what was going on and made sure we were satisfied. A few days later, the installation crew arrived led by Rob. Let me tell you, Rob is one skilled worker! He made sure every detail was done right and really calmed any fears we had about what the final product would look like. All in all, the final product looks 10x better than what we were expecting and I am so glad I chose to go with Sunrise. Adrian gave us a courtesy call a few days after the work was completed and we arranged to have our driveway done in the spring!
