Kevin and his crew were hired as subcontractors to complete an elevated exterior painting project for a customer of mine. I introduced both the homeowner and Kevin to each other to communicate all details of the work required. Along the way Kevins crew were given the wrong information and started painting the recently installed vinyl windows. Instead of working with the homeowner to correct the situation Kevin abandoned the job, ignored all communications from myself and the homeowner but did collect his payment for the incomplete services, which I had hoped the homeowner did not provide him.
