We had Joel previously do some work for us installing a bathroom fan, had a good experience, and chose to use him for our basement update to a legal suite. Joel was easy to work with, was reasonable with pricing for our scope of work, and performed good quality of work. Electrical scope included adding a sub panel, wiring for additional laundry, kitchen appliances, 6 interconnected smoke alarms, upgrading a bathroom fan and rewiring the entire basement. Final inspection came up with only minor fixes which were promptly addressed. Our project ended up spanning 7 months so billing was done well after work was completed but overall was well communicated.

A major project but your contractor was very experienced and a great guy to work with! I'm glad we were able to smooth out minor hiccups and get it done properly. Those slim profile led lights were an ideal choice for the kitchen counter where we had less than an inch to spare between ceiling drywall and air ducts. Thank you for taking my recommendation to install increased exhaust venting in the suite bathroom as I'm sure you will benefit from lower moisture and increased life span of the room's finish.
