We planned to install a home theatre for over a year and finally decided to move forward with AV Creations. Mohit and Vishaal were great to deal with, walking us through the process, recommendations and responding to my endless questions. Once we landed on the equipment, the installation process went smoothly because of their ability to problem solve and run wires through walls with the minimum amount of holes necessary. Mohit and Vishaal treated our home like their own which I truly appreciate.

Jeff and Stephen were great to work with! We had our sofa protected and decided to also have our rug cleaned. We were amazed that Stephen was able to remove stains and damage that were over 20 years old. I appreciate the attention to detail and precise work that went into treating our area rug.

Sal was very helpful from our initial meeting to answering questions along the way. Sal guided us through the process, options and pros and cons of different styles of blinds. We appreciated the design input and patience through colour selection. The installation was very quick and seamless.

We topped-up the insulation in our attic based on an energy audit recommendation. Patrick was super helpful and answered at least a dozen questions after providing an estimate. He even provided pictures to help clarify some of the responses. The installation team was quick, clean and also responsive to any questions or concerns I raised.

Ralph and Johnny were a pleasure to deal with. We had 2 outdoor sockets replaced with bubble covers. Johnny worked quickly and answered all of my electrical questions. Will definitely use TRON Electrical for future projects.

We replaced the double-doors in our front entrance. The salesman was very helpful and took the time to show us different doors along with explaining the features and differences. Installation was delayed due to COVID impacting manufacturing and it took over 4 months between our original purchase and the installation. We also had to have the doors re-done because the hardware was incorrect. Although I had to personally follow-up, the installation went smoothly and the doors look great with the added benefit of better insulation.

We needed to replace our laundry/utility sink and Rob was wonderful to work with. He replaced the shutoff valves, routed the connecting washing machine hose and installed the new laundry sink with cabinet. Rob was honest about the work and time involved which was much appreciated.

I had a concrete pad installed for my shed and Dmytro and team were amazing. I had to part ways with my initial contractor because they were cutting corners and I wanted something that would last. Dmytro and team came in and did a wonderful job. I expect it to last for years to come.

Garage door spring snapped and couldn't fully open the door. Steve arrived quickly and replaced both springs answering all of my questions along the way and going the extra mile to service other parts as well.

This was the first time I used Mr. Rooter and Brian M. was prompt and provided wonderful service. He took the time to explain the issue and solution along with educating me about toilet manufacturers and which one's to best select. I appreciate the personal service!

We had a plumbing issue under our sink that that began suddenly and quickly spread. Brennan arrived promptly and was very professional. The work was completed efficiently and looked great. He saved us when we were in a bind! I would certainly recommend to others.

Doug was very professional and provided great service. He had great communication skills and arrived in a timely manner. The service provided was very quick and I would certainly use them again!

This store is a hidden gem. From the outside, it doesn't look like much but when you walk in, they have a huge variety of antique and unique furniture. Many of their products come from movie productions and the staff is very knowledgeable with reasonable prices.
