I contacted Rick to remove parquet flooring and replace with 5" hickory hardwood. Rick took the time to explain the possible problems with the material, and the detailed issues with installing broad board materials. Regrettably, Rick's team was busy and couldn't meet our schedule. Another large installation company (well reviewed on homestars), was hired. They in turn subcontracted my install to a random installer who stripped the parquet and cut the door jambs (Crooked)! After installing 1 of 8 floors we told them not to come back. We decided to wait for Mclaughlin's schedule to fit our installation. It was worth the wait!! They were clean, courteous, accurate and on time! Thanks Rick & Jordan! They fixed the hatchet job

David refinished our stairs from the original finish of honey oak, to match the hickory hardwood floors that we had installed. He was meticulous in the matching of the colours, and fit to the new flooring. The work was completed on schedule, and within the quote that was originally supplied. Thanks David!!
